Yoga for Storytellers

Introducing Yoga for Storytellers. The class is designed for writers, directors, producers, creatives and administrators who need a break from their desk and keyboard.

We are happy to join you in your writers room, your set, or grassy spaces to support the well being of your team. This workout focuses on the upper body, providing a much-needed break for creatives who spend extended periods at their desks. Optional creative writing session can be included.
